We changed to Skinnies because my 11 year old did not like the other product used (told I cant mention other company)!! Skinnies are great, but whats more important is one of the directors has had personal experience of eczema and really understands what we go through. My one issue at first was getting hold of skinnies, however, we contacted the company and they sent my son his top straight away without question. They were genuinely concerned about his well being and very upset about the delay getting his prescription. PLEASE DONT CHANGE

THANK YOU skinnies, your customer services are great, we also had some difficulty getting the tops from our chemist, but skinnies were not happy for us to wait and sent me two tops. I wish other companies would treat there customers like you treat yours.
